Does anyone know when Google will release the full developer kit for Android Wear? I am developing a unique smart watch, and would like to incorporate Android Wear's API into the firmware.

Thanks for the help!

Rumors of an LG-produced, Google-branded smartwatch have cropped up recently. In all probabilities it should be out by August.

Does this mean that Google will allow any developer to use Android Jelly Bean 4.3 on ANY smart watch? For example, if Pebble had a powerful processor, I would be able to use Jelly Bean 4.3 on that device?

Thanks in advance.
