not all devices have official twrp/cwm . Check xda forums for ur phone and if it has a custom recovery.... If not either find a working stock recovery and flash it (assuming ur current recovery is faulty since factory reset isnt working) if that isnt working the ultimate solution is to flash bootimage of ur device through fastboot....Somebody please tell me straight up, is it really even possible to recover from one these supposed "boot loops" or do yall work for the phone companies, and deploy these kind of softwares to dupe idiots like me into installing them to permanently destroy their phones so we have to buy new ones?
This is the second and last phone I have had destroyed simply by "uninstalling" your software. The Alcatel is now no longer Authorized by computer, but my Kyocera is still setup to work on ADB, but cant access it because after hitting "Uninstall" GLTools, now the phone boots up, vibrates 3 times, flashes the blue led on the front, and reboots and does it again, cannot use ADB or anything now.
Did you install a script on my phone or something to force it to loop the boot sequence? Seriously please let me in on the secret.
Btw nobody here will gain anything by fooling anyone... nobody is trying to fool you
