plenty of threads are for diag mod so please don't ask here how to put your device in diag mode or which firmware to use ( EFS Professional v2.1.73, CDMA , NV item reader writter ,DFS etc)

by the RF chipset in the UE.
bit position counted starting from 0
in the list we can find Band Class and WLAN frequencies so i think it's better to stay like this

Is it possible to add T-Mobile LTE bands to a sprint lg g2. It has a Qualcomm processor and uses the refarmed 1900 at the moment

if your device is LG LS980 : NO
it's a material motherboard problem ,this device has only chipset for LTE band 25,26 and 41
T-Mobile US work with band 4 (1700Mh , b12 and b2)
you can try to add these bands with NV6828 but won't work
