Hello, I'm new on the forum, nice to meet you!

After reading a lot and figuring out that there are no answers that suit my problem (and yes, I noticed that there are solutions for and settings, but none have worked for me) I have decided to start this new thread

Here is my problem: one day, out of nowhere my device (Blu Advance 4.0) froze. After 5 minutes with no response I withdrew the battery so I could turn it on again, but seems than that somehow "destroyed" the Android.

Everytime I turn it on, an error message "Unfortunately, the process has stopped." pops twice, then it stops. The device doesn't recognize the sim cards anymore and also I can't manage any aplication because everytime I tap one the message "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." pops, no matter which app is. Apps from external sd card are not recognized as well. Since I had almost everything on the sd card I had no problem with a factory reset, so I did, but the same error messages remain. I tested the sim cards and the sd card on other devices and both have no problems.

My Android version is 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, may you help me, please? D:
