I am using a rooted Xperia U , with CM 11 ROM installed in it.

I was trying to install new ROM but accidentally in TWRP Recovery wipe data option i have selected everything which includes sd card ,system files and android secure files and deleted it .

Now when i reboot my phone i can only see the boot screen with custom logo of CM 11 , Also i cant access TWRP Recovery also. Kindely let me know how can i restore or re install my phone.

I will So thankful to any Help.

From my standpoint, you will not have too many choice. As you can not enter into Recovery mode, you can't run any recovery tool to scan your internal sd card. I don't practice Sony as I handle a Galaxy S4 but it may exist a "download mode" in order to do a hard reset for reinstalling from scratch...unfortunately

good luck
