[Q] Can't format internal storage

Hi, guys I rooted my Samsung Galaxy S2 plus gt-i9105p and performing system backup but on my device was no enought space and it stucks, I restart phone to delete this bad backup but couldn't see it but he tooks his space so how I can delete it? Maybe I need to format internal phone storage? But this option I can't find in setings. So help me please

what kind of backup method are you using ?
I think Titanium is a good choice.

Another question can I install twrp recovery in my s2 plus.
P.S For system backup I used cwm recovery
