Yes!

If I remember well, it is the 5th version. Better and better.

And I think Android 5.0 will come to our device only from cyanogenmod side...

I think there's a high possibility that ZTE will release an Android 5.0 update for the Z7 series. The previous Nubia phones debuted with jelly bean but were updated to Kit Kat and are still receiving updates.

By the way, is there any update to the modded xposed framework? Since this one is bugged and causes keyboard lag when enabled.

I noticed that too, so I switched to another keyboard like Swiftkey, clear cache and data for AOSP keyboard.
And switched back to AOSP keyboard and the lag seems to be gone now.

I still got apps that won't install though, like google+
Maybe my gapps install was false but if I install custom CWM and gapps from zip, I won't get OTA updates

I don't use google+ so can't help you there.
Off the top of my head, some of the other packages include google+, and might have the necessary apks needed.
You can try installing the additional apks?

Is this limitation gone with newest stock firmware?
