how to flash recovery to spice mi509

For flashing this ROM, You have to use SPflashtool.
download this spflashtool and above mentioned rom.

- unpack the rom
-Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

it shows that there is a spice mi 509 ver5.0 rom. It is android 4.4.2 kikat.
ver16.0 is 4.2.2. and u will get spflashtool and drivers in the zip.

use MTK Droid tool for rooting. And it will also make new CWM recovery for your phone.

can anybody help me to upload mi 509 backup rom.
i want backup of its stock rom (JB 4.2.2) . i am not able to flash also due to some error.
i find this is the only way to unbrick my phone

Bro install a custom recovery to backup stock rom or you can download the sp flash tool firmware for jellybean bcoz jb doesnt have custom recovery.
and to install or flashing any kitkat kernel you need philz,twrp or ctr recovery.
you will get some roms and recovery here...
