Default [Q] Moto g, won't turn on, won't charge, adb won't recognize it, help!

I am not very good at this but I was trying Android L theme (a xposed module) it wrote some system files (which I didn't know) and things went wrong;

it was stuck in boot, it will show black screen when turn on always, so I went to recovery mode, and factory reset, nothing happens, wipe data, nothing, now i decided to re-flash (i think how it is called) to put a stock 4.4.4 rom with adb sideloader, but it doesnt recognize my phone (i think because usb debugging is not enabled) I dont know what to do now,
some help here, thanks

I'm (or was) using a MOTO G 4.4.3 rooted

Ok, so I'm guessing your phone is rooted. Since you have Xposed.
I need to know what custom recovery you have, and can you boot into it?

You dont need USB debugging for adb, thats probably a driver issue.. Reinstall the Motorola drivers.

Ok, stop what ever you are doing your going to cause more harm then good if you say your not sure what to do..

First of all we need to get you booted up before you even try update to 4.4.4..
What region/country are you from so i can tell you which one you need to download.

I need you to answer these :

Do you know how to boot the phone into Boot loader?

Does your computer make a noise when you plug the USB cable from the computer to the phone in?
(The normal noise the make when you plug something into a USB port)

Do you know how to use fastboot commands?
