Backup Not Created

i have flashed the rom successfully. it is working awesome i loved it.
but i did not created backup of my original stock rom. will you please tell me how to flash my previous stock rom.
i tried to do it from download mode. but it is showing some chinese language in that mode.

q1000s plus recovery problem

Sir i m using same recovery in xolo q1000s plus it it is not working when i tried to get into recovery mode it shows me white blank screen plz help me
