What is the purpose and how can I use the "Simulate Secondary Displays"? Can anybody help me take advantage of this?

Well, it can be used as a secondary display ! You can use it to mirror the screen of windows device over the Android powered tablets . For guide on how to why don't you try seeing the post over by the tech hive it will help you in guidling how can you mirror the Android device screen by using some simple tricks. What you are going to require is an Android application, Android powered tablet running JellyBean or higher version, Window7 or higher version of OS, and both of the devices should be connected to the same network.
