Dudes to uninstall u just need to remove the 5 initd scripts in system/etc/initd
There is nothing else changed.
@Patrik
Galaxy S4 is already very fast, i dont think that u would rlly see, feel the improvements in kind of more speed or something like this.
But for example ur battery life should be better if the tweaks working correctly on ur device.

works fine although remove cpufreq_gov and cpufreq_ss because it makes my device slow =.= open it and find out that the governor scaling used is ondemand, how about for devices who only have 'hybrid' governor scaling? what are the edits we do to make cpufreq_gov and cpufreq_ss to work on our devices?

Yes you can get universal init.d support apk on play store to check if you have enabled init.d
