[Fixed] H/W+ not working on samsung galaxy victory since 1.7.22

Since my last post on this issue I've updated the baseband on my phone and started using Victory Rom as a custom rom. I tried the new update (1.7.27) and I still have the same problems as before.

This works well on my Galaxy Victory

It was a compiler bug. I used gcc 4.6 on published version but caused problem somehow on Galaxy Victory .
In test build, gcc 4.8 was used and did it.
