My point is this thread was about someone selling the free version on Amazon. The app in the link you provided is free. Why would someone bother putting someone else's app on Amazon and giving it away for free? That is true, though we still want to make sure, no matter how obvious, that the app there isn't the same MX Player app that's being supported here. I'm sure _someone_ may mistake that app for this app.

The other thing I pointed out is perhaps they are taking the dev's trade name, if he decided to trademark "MX Player".
