[French SFR v1605] Blocked after flash with HTC_Uni_Unlock_v1 in order to unlock

hi everybody,
i am very sad today because i tried to unlock my SFR v1605 (french version of hermes) in order to put an orange sim card.
Everything was ok during the flash but at the end of the procedure i get an error message.
Since them, i can't flash it again, everytime i have an error message.
I have tried a lot of roms but anyone worked.
what can i do now

i've read it but i don't know what rom i have to choose.
i am trying to flash with RUU172541FRA_SFR rom
but the screen of my pda is whit and i wait, i wait.0.. nothing's happen
The Himaupgrade software said
'the current software is now being erased, etc...)
..
totaly update should take 30 mn.
It is normal that when i want to flash actyvsync is not lauched automaticly?

please tell me what to do
on a french forum other guys have the same probleme and i want to help them, and help myself of course.
But now anyone have found the exact procedure to bring the pda alive

A lot of people is having the same problem (you'll see NO GSM when booting), yesterday we found how to fix it:


1. Disable activesync on your computer by right click on activesync icon -> connection settings -> uncheck "allow USB connections".
2. Put your Hermes in bootloader mode (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Resets)
3. Connect device to computer using USB cable.
4. Open mtty.exe (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/uploads/mtty.exe) and select USB port, then connect.
5. Hit enter twice, you will see the "USB>" prompt.
6. Type the following commands (do not copy paste!!!)

USB> password 0000000000000000
USB> set 1e 1
USB> erase a0040000 c80000
USB> erase a0cc0000 c80000
USB> erase a1940000 640000
USB> set 1e 0

7. Reset your phone and put it back in bootloader mode
8. Flash the extracted radio ROM (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_ExtractedRadioRoms) of your choice

you have to choose a radio rom only, it doesn't matter which one.
