Subject: O2 UK ROM upgrade

My sources say this is being delayed by a further month.
Apparently something to do with getting the MMS stuff working
(including new version of EZWap).
I'm hoping to get an evaluation copy sooner :-)

I used the irish update and it works fine
rom version - 3.14.13eng
rom date 10/09/02
radioversion 4.14
protocol version 32s54
used on uk 02 xda

Yes, I've used the same version in O2 as the IRL upgrade (and
right now I'm using an xda with the same build to browse this
forum!).
I would urge UK users to hold out for the official upgrade, if
only because of the inherent risks in reflashing. I've been
lucky so far, but then it isn't a problem for me as I have the
resources (and spare xdas) if all goes belly-up.
