I have a at&t pocked pc siemens sx56. Can unlock the phone with this
program???

If "this program" refers to "the XDA manipulator", then yes. Simply download the manipulator and run it.

You do need a serial cable, sometimes also called a "serial hotsync cable". Using the USB cradle you got with your phone will not work.

My frend sent to me in Viet Nam SX56 but I Can't use because
band GSM in VietNam 900Mhz, I have not serial cable please help me
