connection with seriel cable

Hi all

I got a serial calbe for IPAQ 3800. I put XDA into the boot loader modus, but xda manipulator can't do a connection. Wath's wrong? Also I couldn't do a connection with this cable with activ synch.

Know anybody a solution. Sound's so pretty easy, but I work now 14 days on a solution to unlock my Simens SX 56!
