:? im really confused adding new ringtones is peice of cake but how do u actually add a custom text message alert tone in? if anyone knows please could you tell me thankyou :)

just put the custom wav file into the windows folder, and then you can select that sound from sounds and notifications within the settings area of the xda. Just select that sound for new SMS message :D

Nope, the new wav-file doesn't show up in the selection box... How did you do it again..?
