eZWap and WTLS

Anyone got the O2 bundled eZWap app to work in WTLS mode. If I go in to WTLS I can't get to ANY WAP content not even the O2 menu. I've been in an email diallogue with both O2 and eZos but they don't even seem to understand the questions I'm asking yet alone the answers!! I'm trying to get the service working for the application I developed for an on-line bank in the UK

Your operator must support WTLS means configure their WAP Gateway to support WTLS and open the port 9202 or 9203.

EzWAP Works fine in wtls with this publlic wap gateway

That would be because you make no sense when you type things out.
