Will Replacing Antenna cover void tmobile PPC warranty?

Hi, I have a dead TMobile PPCPE with a pristine antenna cover, and a working unit with a severely gnarled antenna cover. Does anyone know if opening the case just enough to swap antenna covers will break the warranty seal and void the warranty? Thx. D2

No it doesn't. The mainboard is attached to the screen unit with a screw with a warranty seal, but you can take off the plastic without touching that screw.

All of this is pointless if you start chewing on this one as well though. :)
