I was just curious if anyone knew where I could find software that will convert regular movies into pocket pc format so the size isn't so great. Thanks

Try the Movie Maker in Windows, you can convert to any size you want, including options for Pocket PC

I use the Media Player Encoder for windows, very good, *.wmv files for pocket pc media player.

go to www.projectmayo.com, check the forums and read, read read.....
get VirtualDub to convert and PocketMVP to play your movies.
I just watched my first entire movie in the train the other day, from a 256MB SD card.
