Yes there is one. Spb GRS monitor (http://www.softspb.com/products/gprsmonitor/index.html). Works well...

I guess you could have clicked the link, but it's commercial software, available for US$14.95 through Handango and PocketGear

A trial GPRS counter comes on the additional software CD with most UK xdas. Check out the Dutch section of the disc.
Alternatively use the Bytecounter for per-session data counts. It's in the Windows folder.

yes, the ALL-locations GPRS Traffic Counter does a perfect job and can be bought at Pocketgear or Handango. See also www.all-locations.com
