The help and support section of O2's UK website now has a link to the instructions for using my XDA as a wireless modem (WModem) - but I have upgraded my ROM to the latest version available there (3.14.13) and this doesn't include WModem!! This is tantalisingly irritating - can anyone tell me where I've missed the necessary ROM download (or where else I might get an equivalent workable version that doesn't invalidate my warranty)????
Or is this just O2 UK's idea of good customer service? :roll:
BTW I have e-mailed their technical support address, but (so far) their response time is more than double their quoted 24 hours!
