My GPRS Connection failed with server upgrade

Four days ago, I stopped receiving GPRS connection on my Qtek, although, up to now, this has been working just perfectly.
I called the operator (Cellis, Lebanon), and they told me that this was due to the upgrading on the GPRS server. Unfortunately, it has affected only the pocket Pc's due to technical reasons concerning these softwares.
This problem has been taken note of, and the technical department is trying to solve as soon as possible.
Anyone has an idea of all this ? :cry: :!: :?: :cry:

I have the same problem. Operator support say to me that GPRS server have Ericsson software and they update system. Motorola and LG already update own phones, but Pocket PC Phone Edition don`t work with new version GPRS.

The problem has been resolved since my last message, and it is not complicated at all. You better insist on your operator.

I'm having the very same problem.
The data group said there is a problem with the proxy servers
used by XDAdevices, so they had me de-select the server. Thid didn't help.

They guaranteed they would have it fixed withing 48 hours!

I hope they're right? 48 hours is a long time to be GPRS-less.
