I am using a NZ QTEK1010 running Jeffs SE ROM sucessfully.
I am using the following settings
GPRS Settings:
Modem Cellular Line (GPRS)
Band Rate 57600
Use software compression
Use server-assigned IP Address
DNS 202.20.93.10
Alt DNS 203.97.191.189
APN www.vodafone.net.nz
Under Dialing Locations I have set the Mobile Area code to 21 and the country code to 64.
The dialing patterns are all set to G.
