Force Display of SMS Contents

This isn't really a development question, but I'm looking for software for the XDA that will examine incoming SMS and force the message contents to display if some condition is met, such as a specific 'trigger' word in the contents. I want to send alerts from servers on our network to user's phones and force the message to display (like a pager message). anyone know of such a beast for the XDA.
