Change Wallaby?

I don't think I have seen a post on this (I could be wrong) but has anyone tried to change a WALLABY Boot Loader from a version equal to or above 5.17 down to a 5.14 or 5.15 version? Might this be a better solution than patching the higher version numbered loader?

Interesting proposition. I, however, am not going to volunteer to do this one, on account that I killed my old Qtek by messing around with the Bootloader. :oops: I'm very careful with my bootloader these days. Until I gain more experience with the way the ROM is laid out on the device, you can rest assured, I will not be messing with my bootloader.

Sorry to ramble, but for the good of the community: BE CAREFUL WITH THE DAMN BOOTLOADER! :D

Perhaps someone has already tried it? Developers? Have you guys ventured down this alley?

My xda was successfuly downgraded from 5.17 to 5.15.
Bootloader image was taken from ftp.sensay.com
