i dont have a memory card reader so is there anyway i can upgrade my xda to 2003 ie is there an exe like the dev rom out there?

Dear gb155

Yes there's but it's not recommended just incase you need to go back to the previous version of your ROM it would be hard to do it without SD Card.

right well i have a 256mb sd card but i dont have one of those sd card readers

Buy a card reader , it's cheap, and if problems....it's a super insurance !!!
