Test SIM TOOLKIT application with older ROM

I have a QTEK 1010 (from french operator Bouygues Telecom) with original 3.15.06 ROM and T313 Radio.

I would like to test SIM TOOLKIT but it's not available with this ROM version (and I don't want to upgrade because it's not my own PDA).

I know that a SIM TOOLKIT application exists on newer ROMs (like QTEK 3.16.52).

Is somebody (with a new ROM) could send me the SIM TOOLKIT application to test it with my QTEK.

I would like to test the WMODEM application too if possible.
