Question about SD cards - who's the fastest?

I've seen plenty of cheap SD cards out, but who's the fastest? More concerned with perfomance than price personally..

i know that this is compact flash but it's the only bench of flash i've come across

and just maybe quality flash of one kind mean that they make quality flash in general

Well maybe.. but not f'sure :( Tricky isn't it? As far as i can make out Simpletech are quick - they quote 10mb/sec (but who knows how fast the XDA's SD interface is?)...

dont seem like there is any reason to buy sandisk unless of cause some of the other brands have compatiblity issues with some devices and or readers/writers
