Hope this isn't old news!
I have just downloaded the latest version of Journal Bar v1.3.1 and so for it seems to be working fine on WM2003 :D
Latest version includes:-
v1.3.1
Auto selection of proxy makes Journal Bar work correctly for all types of Internet connection.
Selector in the links selection allows the proxy to be turned on or off.
Better support for US Weather.
Corrections allowed when entering country / city for weather.
Turning connection on/off survives soft reset.
