How many rings?

Hey people....

i was wondering.....does it usual take 6 rings for the XDA to respond?

im starting to wish i hadn't bought the xda now :cry:

Err... No.

I've tested this in the past and found that, if the unit is in stand-by, it starts ringing just after the first ring. If it's on already, about half a ring.

right.....

well i asumed this was wrong and so i checked o2 website......i then discovered the radio v.4.21 and thought that that would sort out the problem. I WAS SOOOOO WRONG! :cry:

When i was installing it on the xda, it said "Upgrade failes" and crashed. I then tried a soft and hard reset and it just crashes again.

Can some one PLEASE help me...
