ppc 2003 won't sync with PC

Hi
Please help me out. My new ppc 2003 does not sync with my active sync 3.5. Incompatibility sign always shows up during the sync. Is the solution to this problem the newer version of activesync, please advise me any other sites besides Mircosoft's since I tried downloading many times and all of which failed.

Yes. U must install Activestink 3.7. it will not work with anything less.
