SMS problem 4.00.05 [Archive]

Hi,

I have upgraded my XDA with Jeff's rom kitchen (thanks Jeff) to 4.00.05. All went well. However today I have the problem that when I receive a sms I only hear a sound. My XDA will not go on. So the only thing I can do is turn my XDA on to see the sms.

Any ideas?

Its meant to be that way but unfortunately to some, this seems more like a bug but to others, its a welcoming new feature of wm2003.

Personally I don't like it. It will be nice if user has the option to set whether new sms will power on the unit.

That's odd. Yesterday with the same configuration my XDA went on when receiving a sms.

To bad there's no solution.

Another question:

Does this mean that is also the case in 4.00.10?
