No new WM2003 ROM has had wmodem so far, so if you need that you have no other option than to stay with PPC2002.

I WModem is not a problem I do not use it but it would of been nice if it were included in the ROM. Does 4.00.11 ENG have the "test only not for resale" splash screen? AND how is the GPRS on this ROM version ?

yes
how is the GPRS on this ROM version ?
Haven't personally used it yet, but suspect pretty much the same as on 4.00.05, otherwise we would have heard it here by now.

I'm assuming 4.00.11 is ok on my Asian version xda, my question is, is it more stable than the 4.00.05?

Do 4.00.11 have the problem of going back to 4.00.05
or another rom version?

4.00.11 is probably only a minor bugfix relative to 4.00.05, and there's no problem going back to anything else: 'Programme A' still works. It only doesn't work after you flash a T-Mobile 4.x ROM (4.00.10 or 4.00.16).

Come to think of it: Has anyone seen the SD-card erase problem on .11 or .16 ?

*knock on wood* I have been running the 4.00.16 version since Thursday morning, and no SD erasures.

Well I have flash in the 4.00.11Rom which turns out
to be a "non" event. Everything is exactly the same.
After a solf reset I even have all my short cuts back. Activesync recognise a new rom and I have to reestablish partnership.
The cache problem I think Ive been having with PIE is still there. I now think its the usual behaviour of PIE which Ive only now noticed because Ive been playing with ByteCounter.
Thankfully Ive never any problem with sd erasure with
this rom or the previous 4.00.05.
WM2003 is a great great upgrade and has given new leash of life to my Xda. I may never need XDA2 now, that is if I can resist sd wifi :D

Unfortenately this morning my SD card has been erased under 4.00.16 cooked in Jeff's kitchen. I had no earlier this problem under 4.00.10 and 4.00.05.

Jerome, in Jeff Summers's Kitchen ROM, if you choose : 4.00.11 ENG , not the T-Mobile one, the splash screen, is the "xda developers's one and not the anoying "test only not for sale" ; I did it and allis fine with nice stuff more in ROM ... :D
