MY DXA not work

Please Help
MY DXA not WORK, I try to Hard reset but still back screen, I can boot from bootloader, I want to restor XDA OS from SD card, please give some advice.

Download and install the XDAtools (http://cuba.calyx.nl/~jsummers/XDA/XDAtools-Jeff.exe).

Cook a ROM image in the ROMkitchen (http://cuba.calyx.nl/~jsummers/ROMkitchen), selecting zipped nb1 as output format. Right-click the .nb1 file, and select 'Write to SD-card' to write the ROM-image to an SD-card (32 MB minimum) using either an SD-card reader-writer (USB, PCMCIA/cardbus) or another XDA that will still do ActiveSync. (This will erase all files on the SD-card...)

Then insert the card in the unit that won't boot anymore, go into bootloader mode and press action (center of the rocker switch).
