Would someone please help me with wmodem.exe ?

I've scoured xda-developers.com and the net and cannot find the application wmodem.exe. I am happy with my current operating system build and do not wish to change to the Qtek ROM. Would someone please be kind enough to email the program to me ?

No wmodem for WM2003 on XDA I except in 4.00.33 or 4.01.19 ROMs and both are German ROMs ... or in XDA II

I wonder if there's any other way to use T-Mobile w/2003 as a wireless modem?
