hi to all, they have given me a [pocket pc qtek] 1010.
the version of the [rom] is 3.02.00.
the telephone not function for the block "SIMLOCK" and I could not decontrol it for the old ROM version.
do you give me instructions for can it use??

If you upgrade your device to the XDA Developers Special Edition ROM version 1.2, your simlock can be removed.

Read as much as you can on the forum and elsewhere about upgrading your ROM. It can be a tricky process, but if you know what you're doing, you should be safe.
