How to do a soft reset?

I looked through the forum and I must of missed it. But I wanted to know how to do a soft reset on the XDA? I am running WM2003 at the moment, but I can't figure it out.

On your XDA at the bottom and to both sides you will see 2 holes. One has a picture of a battery in red with a line through it (this kind of tells you to generally stay away from here).

On the other side however is a cheeky little hole that the tip of your stylus fits into. Put it in and press. Lo and behold a soft reset is performed. All your data and programs should still be there.
