Dear Developer, help me with 6.22 Bootloader!

I got my Device just a week ago.
Yesterday when im upgrading Rom, it crashed, i H reset sometimes but no use. Now i wanna reload RS (cause now the resutlt when i hold Power+reset is "GSM Error") and CE Rom but the bootloader version is 6.22 so Bootloader Patch didnt work. I downloaded the source code of bootloader patch, it seems that the patch only run when BL version is 5.17!?!?? When i push SD diagnostic card, only a "diagnostic" string appear but the Patch didnt run. So i still cant reload rom. Can developers check the Patch and repair the source code to compatible with 6.22 BL. i will thank you so much, now i dont know what to do with my Device. :((

What were you upgrading to and what method did you use?
Also were you upgrading both ROM and Radio stack?

Now i cant remember what i did (many step), i just wonder if there is a way to downgrade the bootloader or skip Card Key Check of the 6.22 Bootloader. Any Suggestion ? PLS.
