Hi all, a few days ago I cooked a 4.00.11 rom in Jeff's Kitchen, I bunged in a selection of apps and set up the theft protection, once installed the XDA became terribly unstable, I had SD card erasures etc...
I have since been back to the kitchen and there seemed to be a problem, the kitchen was not adding any of the apps I was selecting and I ended up with a vanilla 4.00.11 rom, I shoved it on anyway and since I've had no problems apart from the Journal Bar causing horrendous instability, which apparently is an issue under WM2003, now it has been removed my XDA is running smoothly... :)
I wonder if the SD problem is related to cooking in the kitchen?
Anyone else had similar experience?

I am also having issues with jeffs kitchen, I am seeing the same results -- a vanilla rom is created. Here is the log:

I have been running 4.00.11 for quite sometime now l no sd card erasures. other posts would suggest that it has to do with the SD card, brand and or memory size. the only problem I have with this version & sd is if I have a reg hack that puts my cookies, history, & temp internet files on SD & I get disconnected from the network it will from that point forward start using main memory again. If I delete these files from main memory it then starts using SD card again which tells me the reg hack was never actually changed back to what it was before my edit. How strange is that. For some reason it just starts using RAM even though the registry tells it to use SD. Go figure?
