i HAVE COOKED UP A ROM IN JEFFS KITCHEN AND I FOUND NOT THAT I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY SPEAKER PHONE ACTIVATING SOME THINGS I CAN DEAL WITH BUT THIS I CANT COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME BRING BACK THE DAYS OF OLD

You must use T-mobile Rom Update program(TMO2003.exe) just like O2 Program A.But you must use Rom 3.14(O2 version NK.nbf) instead T-mobile 4.16 Rom on c:\Program Files\RUU\english\NK.nbf when T-mobile program run on check rom version pass.When you finish Rom Update you must Run O2 Program B(Radio stack)to update your Radio stack program.

thanks for such a prompt response but you kinda lost me there im somewhat of a newbie so some of the jargon is a little above me is there a place were i can pick up the software i need that has all you talked about included.

Everything you need is in XDA-developers forum.You need to find it.
I have download it all,but the file too big to post for you.So you need to download by yourselft.

TMO2003.exe(T-mobile 4.0016 Rom Update Program just like O2 Program A)--include rom 4.0016 when you run TMO2003.exe on your pc, it will install all file to c:\program files\RUU\
So you can copy your own Rom to c:\program files\RUU\english to instead T-mobile Rom when Program chech the Rom version pass.

Rom's filename is NK.nbf. You can download from jeffs Kitchen.
Open the ROM.exe(from jeffs Kitchen)with RAR Don't Run IT (ROM.exe)
You can extract NK.nbf which filename is same as T-mobile version.

Next time you update rom never! ever! to update T-mobile version(4.0016)because it will difficult to back the proto-ROM.
