Help XDA death in progess update Rom

HI all
:)
I am be in progessing update Rom from 4.00.11 to T-mobile 4.00.16 At 99% i dont know why it stoped and can not finish ??? Now i think Rom death aready , Can not sync with PC , My Bootloader V5.17 , any one here please tell me how to fix it ? I think now have to downgrade it to Bootloader V5.15 ( I think ) I try to read backup from CE to SD but it warn invalid card key , PLease help it ugent :( :( :(

Get the XDAtools (http://cuba.calyx.nl/~jsummers/XDA/XDAtools-Jeff.exe) and run the bootloader fix tool contained within.

if the OS not working, you cannot use XDAtools!
you should backup before upgrading.
