i was surprised that my clock did not adjust automatically to eastern daylight time sunday. is this normal, a bug or am i missing a setting? it was easy enough to reset but i figured either the windows os or the tmobile would have taken that into account. (even my old c332 adjusted automatically in the spring) thanks in advance.

It happened to me also. My previous PPC2002 based ROM did it without any problem.

Crash,

My XDA I with WM2003 changed my time automatically over the weekend, so it does work. Now I looked all over my unit but for the life of me I cant find a setting for it.

Hope this helps somewhat

When did the clocks change? Who said they could? Why wasn't i told? This could explain a few things, like the funny looks at work. Oh well time to hibernate i suppose.

FYI

Daylight Savings Time is handled via your Windows powered PC/Laptop and Activesync, hence no settings for it will found on the device! 8)

Ok do this open ActiveSync then go to Options there's a box thats says
"Synchronize mobile device clock upon connection" if its checked guess what else it does if your PC/LapTop is set for DST, you got it!

It puts a "1" in your DST Registry Setting in your devices Registry (hence automatic time change), now guess when this is done, you got it! Its done when you first create a Partnership! Well at least thats way it use to work, maybe times have changed!

Take a look at the below registry key on your device:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Clock\HomeDS T

BTW a soft reset may reset that "1" back to "0" if I remember correctly anyhow HTH.

yeah that dont do daylight savings thats no to do with it! thats to do with making it the exact time it is on your pc to the millisecond as in sets it to your computers clock time
