Can I use my XDA charger and cradle with my new XDA II?

Wouldn't have thought so - the new AC adapter is 5volts and 2A whereas the old is 5volts 1A. I'm not brave enough to mess around with the plugs etc. as I don't want to risk damage to my new device. New device does charge in the cradle though without the AC adapter.

i have the charger that came with the xda11 pluged in the sync cradel at work and at home i use the old xda 1 charger over night even tho its only 1 amp it works fine. witch is amazing as i have a sandisk WiFi card in the xda 11 and all night i leave it on streaming my axis web cam, so i hear a noise out side i dont have to get my lazy ass out of bed i just look at the xda screen. anyway my point is the SD WiFi card kills the battery and having the screen all all the time kills the battey, but the old charger kepps its running and the battery is always full in the morning

So they didn't move any of the pins in the connections around then.

If the only difference is that the newer charger runs at a higher amperage, then there shouldn't be any issues.

Lower amperage shouldn't kill a device. I want to use my old cradle to sync at home and the new one to sync and charge at work.

they may have moved some pins around but not in the little plug that goes on the end of the charging lead, But i do also have a tomtom gps/poer lead in the car, its works fine for both charging and using the GPS, but when i connect it says connecting vis WAP, it dose not connect or even try to but it say connecting
