Please help. I have mucked up the upgrade.

:cry: Please help. I upgraded the ROM to 3 17 03. But when I tried to upgrade the Radio version to 4.21 I left the XDA in the cradle with ac power on. Now it is locked! I just get a front o2 screen. and when I put it in the cradle I get a white screen. Window says it does not recognise the device. I have tried a hard reboot. I have tried reflashing the ROM but there is know connection.
Please help and keep it simple.

Thanks for your help. When i insert the MMC nothing happens. Do I need a different card or am I doing something wrong. Is an MMC the same as a SD. Also I see I need to get to the "Today Screen" which is this? Is it the blue one with o2 in the middle?

Confirming after you did a reset while holding the power button your device failed to enter boot loader mode?
