O2 4.21 Radio Stack - Problem

I followed the Instructions and backup up my rom to my sd card,
I installed the xda developers rom and ok, it stated my sim card was locked on bootup and I unlocked it, it stated ok. and then knocked my mobile arial icon off with and X

Everytime I tried to switch the phone on it comes up with enter GID NO. even though it is a 02 Sim Card.

Can anyone help with this problem

I have restored to the normal 02 rom, I had and it still asks me for the GID No.

Since then I have put the XDA developers Rom 1.2 Back on.
Is this a problem with the 4.21 Radio Stack and Can I downgrade to a early one to stop this problem.

Any Help would be appreciated.

Its sounds like your radio may be turn off at the boot loader, so I suggest to check there!

The Radio is Turned On in the Boot Loader, when in boots up it is either asked me for the GID or then when I press cancel it turns it off.
I go to turn it back on and it goes to asked for the GID again
this is the same 02 that i always had.

may sound silly, but try to turn off the radio from boot loader then reflash the ROM part again (not the Radio!!) ... or copy the XDunlock.exe and run from the XDA .... good luck

Thats a great suggestion Biso007 and doesn't sound silly at all,
go for it submerged! Just place the SD card with the backed up ROM
in your device hold the Power button while doing a soft reset and go from there.

I have tried my sim in another phone and it works fine, I restored back to the ROM 3.17 and kept the 4.21 radio stack but knocked GSM it off using the 4.22 walby boot loader and restored the rom.

Re-enabled the Rom and still got
enter GID Code - Please Help

Fixed it look at the following conversation - just found it -

The GID Code was 0000000
