help please upgrading xda 1 to ppc2003

hi, i am new to flashing roms and xdas, im sorry if this has alreadt been covered. i would like to know if it is possible to put ppc2003 onto a xda1, and is it easy to do ie is their an exe prog, and where can i get it.
