How to make XDA2 MMS program run with XDA 1

anyone knows how to make XDA II's MMS program to run with XDA 1?
I tried install "MMS1501_WWE.sa.CAB" in my XDA 1 but failed when I run it.

i'm not sure it will work
even if the xda1 have 2003 i could be wrong though
